E-Series Model Time Clock

The E-Series "Barcode Badge" Time Clock is used where ever a barcode based Time Clock terminal is required.

This terminal tracks employee punch data including Arrival and Departures, Breaks, Lunches, and can record Department and Job Assignments and easily switch between tasks.

This unit offers an easy to read, 2 line display, allowing for clear instructions to the employee during use.

Feedback - Red and Green lights are used for positive feedback to the employee Indicating Success or Failure of their transaction. In addition to the visible indicators, the Time Clock terminal also provides an audible Chirp when a transaction is completed.

Management Options - Certain Employees can be flagged as "Supervisors" and those Employees will be capable of creating punches on behalf of other Employees.

Data Entry - Employees can enter data through the badge reader or directly at the Keypad. When the Time Clock is configured to collect optional information, such as Departments or Jobs, the screen will inform the user exactly what information is needed. The terminal will only request information that is relevant to the specific transaction.

Week to Date and Last Punch History - Employees can use the Time Clock to obtain their Week to Date hours or view their Last Punch. This allows your employees to self monitor their own hours without interrupting supervisors or your payroll personnel.

Connectivity - Direct support for both Serial and Modem connection to the host computer. When a Modem connection is used, the terminal can easily share an existing telephone line with your fax machine or even a voice line, eliminating the need for a dedicated telephone line or line sharing device.

Ethernet - Purchase additional Ethernet option and use this time clock on your LAN, WAN, VPN, or, in certain situations, through the internet.
